Q. I hear that abortions can be good in the sense of stem cell research. But I do not know what that is, so if someone could explain to me what it is and how abortion would benefit for stem cell research that would be great. Thanks! Asked by Kali B - Tue Oct 14 21:14:47 2008 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A. The problem came up when they were creating stem cells in a lab, they beleive that destroying stem cells is like destroying life. But now they can get stem cells from living tissue or the yummy leftovers after a birth so there is no need to create them just to destroy them.
