The sad truth is that you may need to teach your boss how to use his mobile! When you send an SMS with a number beginning with *67, the phone software does not recognise it as a telephone number, and so it does not allow the one touch dialling. Depending on your boss's phone, there are two ways that he can achieve it when you send an ordinary number to him: 1 He will need to activate "Hide ID for next call" if the phone has that function (I had a Motorola with that function, and assigned it to shortcut-1) 2 He will need to edit the number in the display to add the *67 in front of it before hitting send.
