It's murky water as to whether you can legally use it. 99.99% if you are flying under the radar they won't care if they even know about the site (which they probably won't). It will be too much of a hassle doing anything drastic (like attorneys), so they'll just send a "cease and desist" letter. Basically, many bloggers and websites have these posters, movie scene stills, etc. and nobody does/says anything. If it's non-profit, then I'd say it's not a big deal to use them. They are quite good, flexible and allows you to capture specific part of the screen as against un-controlled whole screen capture generally available with Print-screen function. All you need do is , freeze the scene you wish to capture and just pres the appropriate button such as F6. Good luck.
